Agency Terms of Service
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By checking the "I Agree" box, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in your engagement with our agency ("Agency," "we," "us").
1. Turnaround & Delivery Our standard turnaround time for editing projects is estimated at five (5) business days, commencing from the time we receive all necessary client-provided media and materials. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Expedited turnaround, including services as fast as 24 hours, is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated and confirmed by us in writing.
Production and creative timelines are estimates. We reserve the right to extend a delivery date. An extension of the delivery date does not represent a breach of this agreement, provided we communicate the delay and a revised timeline to you within a reasonable amount of time.
2. On-Site Production All requests for on-site production services (such as filming or audio recording) must be submitted to the Agency a minimum of three (3) business days before the desired production date. All on-site services are subject to case-specific terms, which will be outlined in your project proposal or Statement of Work.
3. Creative Acknowledgment & Revisions You acknowledge that creative work (such as editing, color grading, and sound design) is subjective. We will make all reasonable commercial efforts to align the final deliverables with your stated vision and feedback. The number of included revision rounds for each deliverable will be specified in your project scope or proposal.
4. Payment & Account Status
Grace Period: A 7-day grace period is granted for payments not received by the specified due date.
During Grace Period: We will continue production on any active, in-progress projects. However, no new orders, projects, or requests will be approved or commenced until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Account Suspension: If full payment is not received by the end of the 7-day grace period, your account and all services will be suspended.
Non-Delivery: Any projects, deliverables, or media that were not completed and delivered to you before the account was suspended will be held by us and will not be delivered until the account is brought current.
5. Media Retention We will hold your project media and associated files for a maximum of fifteen (15) days after the original payment due date. After this 15-day period, we are not responsible for retaining the media and reserve the right to delete all project files.
